Good morning Sunday

Good morning.

Another gorgeous day forecast. 8-)

A swim then off to pick my folks up and we're going to Cartama market. One of my faves as I always seem to buy a dress there.

On the way home we're stopping at the chicken shack to buy a couple of freshly roasted chickens and chips. I have some lovely rustica bread and salady stuff and with Conor, Jacob and Lucia coming over the kitchen will be a fun place this afternoon.

Have a great day everyone.

That sounds like a lovely family day Ally. Shortly I'll be off to join MrsC at our daughter's house to babysit Eliza until her parents come back this evening. Inbetween we're going out for a Sunday dinner.
Nice day here but it's a frosty start.
Have a good day everyone.

Morning Ally, Crommers and everyone

Foggy  Forecast is for sunshine and 24C. Yesterday was forecast 22C and we made 24C so hopefully we'' get up to 26C later. I used to think that was a pleasant heat, now I find it cool   Much prefer 30C

The fog has put the kibosh on the early start for building and weeding, so Grumpy is having a lie-in.

We'll get out later and enjoy the garden.

Sounds a lovely, family day Ally xx

Happy baby sitting Crommers x

Normal Sunday bbq later, entremeadas, pork steaks and other bits and bobs :D

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it is grey, cold and very windy out there. We were to go dancing this afternoon, but the Masters golf from America has been brought forward by five hours, so Edward wants to see it....actually I do too, it is shaping up to be an exciting final day. It’ll be the ironing before that

Good morning everybody,

It is cloudy with a cold wind. Done some washing and will be ironing later. Will relax this afternoon. Mrs.e will have her first shower after the operation. The scar is healing well. It will gradually disappear with only a very thin line not easily visible.

Have a good day everybody.

Morning all :)

That does sound good Ally, a meal I enjoy myself :D

Hope you enjoy the golf Osc 8-)

Hope the babysitting goes well Crommers, how old is the little one now? xx

Jan I wish I had the chance to be acclimatised to finding 23° cool! I do envy you and Ally your sunshine

It was an early start here, as Fraggle decided to wake me at 6.50am to let him down the garden! I tiptoed downstairs, trying not to wake Mick as he looked so peaceful, but Pepper followed us down and started digging up the lawn and eating grass! She wouldn't stop for me, so I had to call Mick down to do his stern voice :ugeek:  She's definitely getting a bit Dotty lately - I know dogs eat grass when they aren't well, but she's perfectly well at the moment apart from her cataracts :?

We're out again - guess where :P - having a cuppa and reading the papers 8-) Popping to B&Q in a bit as I need teak oil to treat my garden furniture, and a new string of solar lights for the rail on the decking. I also accidentally broke my solar owl when I was planting up herbs the other day, so am on the lookout 8-) Might do some wardrobe sorting this afternoon, as a charity bag for a children's cancer charity came through the door the other day and they collect tomorrow.

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Afternoon all :D

Bright and sunny here 8-)

Eliza our youngest great granddaughter is celebrating her 1st birthday today. Hannah's bringing both girls to visit the weekend after Easter. It will be lovely to see them all.

Another lazy Sunday, we've had a nice long lie in and I'll be cooking roast chicken for dinner later. Chocolate blancmange with orange jelly for pud.

Have a good day :D
