Good morning Wednesday

Postby Ally » 17 Apr 2019, 05:28

Good morning.

Another nice day forecast. 8-)

A walk, a swim then back to chill out. Thinking along the lines of sunbed, book and pool.

Have a good day everyone.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Rain and thunderstorms are forecast, but that was also said on Monday and we got nowt

Depending on the weather, we will be outside or in   Don't think Grumpy will do any rendering today, just in case, so he'll be wandering around, not knowing what to do with himself  I will venture down to the veg plot and pick more broad beans

i need to defrost one of the small freezers, it's so old, that it isn't one of the auto defrost one's, so everything will have to be taken out and put in the others.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

We have rain :Hi: :Hi:

And the whole country is grinding to a halt, as there are now 1500 petrol fuel pumps empty - huge debate going on in parliament.

Morning all :)

Your plans sound ideal Ally :)

Good news on the rain Jan :D

Bright and blowy here too Saundra :) I lifted my spring flowers last week and put in pansies and geraniums but hope I haven't jumped the gun! The pansies will be ok if we get a late frost, but geraniums aren't quite as hardy :?

Walked to town to have five minutes on the sunbed for my psoriasis, now having a cuppa and will pop in on D on the way home I think. Contemplating Zumba tonight, not sure yet. Em gets her boot off her broken leg next week, and it's not the same, going without her as we have a giggle :D

Have a good day everyone :) xx

My hydrangea has survived so far kaz but it's a bit risky for geranium but it should get warmer

Morning all :D

Another bright and sunny day 8-)

It was nice to get out yesterday even for a short time. Planning to do some weeding in the garden today. I'm not a very good gardener so not really sure what to do when the daffs go over. What do you all do?

Have a good day :D

Afternoon all, a lovely Spring day here. I was at the gym this morning, but no cuppa afterwards as I had to bring Michael to the tennis club where he is taking part in the Spring tournament. Then back for lunch and shortly I am off to the hairdresser for cut and color - time to sit and read :D

Jen I remove them, tie the leaves in a loose knot and let them dry out on trays, in the shed. Then you can replant them. That's only because they're in fairly small pots, and I replace them with bedding plants.

D does exactly the same as Saundra, but hers are in raised beds, with plenty of room for spring and summer plants to co-exist.
