Good morning Kaz and anybody else who is up.

It is bright and sunny and getting warm. Have walked for the paper. Will be going to the bank and then some shopping.

Going out tonight to see our friends where we normally go dancing. Will be chatting most of the evening as Mrs.e is not fit enough to dance yet.

Have a good day everybody

Morning Kaz, Cruiser and everyone

Lovely sunny morning but with a brisk breeze, which is making it feel rather chilly. But warming up to 30C later 8-)

Well done B :Hi: :Hi:

Safe journey Osc xx

Done the watering, first load of washing on the line, second in the machine.

I was going to do the vacuuming and mopping this morning, but Molly has only just come in - was out all night  - so being a big softy, I'll leave i until later   After breakfast, I'll head outside and get rid of the 5ft grasses on the other bank.

Down the bar later 8-)

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :D

Quite sunny at the moment.

Safe journey Osc.

Well done Kaz and B.

We're planning to pop into town for a few bits after brekkie. Also need to go to the bank to get the airport transfer money, they always prefer cash.

Have a good day :D

Morning all, we are sitting at the gate in the airport. It is nice and quiet although apparently earlier on it was heaving with Leinster supporters going to the rugby in Newcastle today. Our taxi driver was saying the place was mad a few hours ago! Our flight is at 12.55. It is a nice enough day although there are some heavy clouds about. We’re meeting my cousin for an early meal in Southampton this evening (she lives in Newbury) and then hopefully a good night’s sleep before boarding our ship tomorrow.

Evening all - we'd only been back from the Lakes a matter of hours yesterday when we got a call to say would it be ok if Lily stayed.....so she came down at 7.30 last night and hasn't long gone!!! :D 8-) She's been a joy though, we took her into Durham this morning, had cake and coffee in the cathedral and a walk round town, it was very busy, only just managed to park!

Tom had to go to another surgery for a blood test, following a last minute appt late yesterday....I am a little concerned about this but it's rather private - may post about it on a different board.

We now have some rather lovely garden furniture - bought it from Donna, it's black rattan, a corner sofa and a 'coffee table'....need some sort of cushions on It now I think but where to find them? I would like to bring the garden into a sort of extended living area.....plans are to repaint the fence a light green and treat the decking, which John relaid for us last summer, and also to bring some tubs and pots out, along with some pretty solar lighting, perhaps some little shelves and plaques.

Have a fab holiday Osc!! Safe travels xx

Kaz that's amazing re B!! Well done to her - Donna has also been losing weight, I think she hit 2 stone off recently - I have so much admiration for them, I can never lose anything!!

Jen lovely holidays to look forward to!

Have a good evening all xxx
