Good Morning Monday

Morning everyone

Another cool start, another hot day later - well, hot ish ;)

We're off on a jolly this morning. Will go into Ourique first, to see if the sewing lady is open, then drop off the laptop at the computer shop, as it's playing up :cute:

Then it's off to Santa Luzia, to order all the wood Grumpy needs for the new store room roof and for making a gate and other things. As we're sort of half way there, we're carrying on to Odemira and will spend a fortune at Aldi and Lidl

Pit stop at the bar on the way home.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning Jan, I've had a couple of laptop issue recently too.
The weather here is the same old same old "unsettled". Which seems to be shorthand for "It's going to chuck it down at some point today".
MrsC to her dad's soon then off to see Eliza. She had an unsettled night last night, maybe another tooth has appeared.
Beef stew later. :)
Have a nice day everyone.

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here 8-)

I've been up ages, poor E's back is so painful he can hardly move and lying flat makes him snore. I gave up in the end and left him to sleep. He's not likely to be able to do much today, I'll drive over to the small Tesco later for some fruit and veg.

Looks like a perfect day to sit out in the garden, but the big umbrella is too heavy for me. Not really a problem, luckily we can open up the back of the bungalow so it's almost the same as being outside.

Have a good day :D

Morning all :)

Jen, poor E! :( I hope his back feels better soon, backache is miserable :( xx

Hope the laptop gets sorted Jan! xx

Crommers, we have that sort of weather too, I am sooooo fed up with wearing a raincoat :cute:

Going into town to meet the other WW helpers to discuss where we all go from here, on a Monday. I have SW on Saturdays to keep an eye on my weight, but am not sure what the others want to do :? It would be a shame to lose the social side of things.....

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Morning all, it is not too bad here - sunny although with lots of cloud but it is a bit warmer. Off to the gym shortly, no class today as our trainer is away but a few of us are going to do our own thing anyway. Back home to face the ironing, and I also need to post off a parcel.

Morning all, it's grey and humid here.

I've been on a long walk with Billy and we saw his friend Toby, a little King Charles Spaniel. The elderly lady who walks him is so lovely and always stops for a chat. She hasn't long had Toby, her previous dog died yet I'd still see her walking at the same time and she always had his lead in her pocket :(

I've just been in to warn Joe that the windows are being cleaned today, he had a shock last time as I forgot to remind him and he thought someone was trying to break in through his window up on the second floor  :P

I hope you can sort something out Kaz. Leaving people without a group doesn't reflect very well on WW.

Hope E's back eases soon Jen.

Poor Eliza, I hope they all have a more settled night tonight!

Have a good day all!

Good afternoon everybody.

Up early so I went to the doctors. I could not make a repeat prescription on line. One of the doctors is going to phone this afternoon.
Back home for coffee before going shopping. Having visitors this afternoon. The washer was on this morning and mrs.e has done the ironing while I have been out.
It is not raining but there are several grey clouds so we may have a down pour soon.
Vibes to everybody who is poorly.

Greetings all - busy Monday morning in the office; sigh.... I do wish the weekends didn't go by so fast

Hope everyone managed to get done what was to be done :D

Crumbs Saundra, that doesn't sound particularly healthy. Are they providing you with bottled drinking water in the meantime?

A few more hours to go before bossman heads off and then he's away until next Wednesday; :D nice! I'll leave a few minutes early today so I can pick up a bottle of wine as I'm off to a friends house for dinner tonight.

Have a lovely rest of day everyone x

The letter says run the water till it's clear or let it stand in a glass and if it's brown don't use washing machine or run hot water seems to cover everything ho and they won't be working at weekends
