Jo, Mick's doing ours himself. We bought the tiles, wall and floor, and have earmarked the vanity units and storage for both, the shower unit for ours, and the shower and new shower screen for the main bathroom.

Glad your teeth were ok Cruiser :)

That's going to be fab!
John would normally get stuck in but the way work is lately, waiting until October is probably the quicker option  and the labour charge isn't too bad at £500 so it's worth paying that to have someone come in and have it take two days from start to finish. We've seen this man's work too as he did a full refurb on my Mom and Dad's bathroom a couple of years ago.

They do kitchens too and said that they tend to overbook the time it takes to do those so often have a free couple of days and then look in the diary and bring small jobs like ours forward to fill the time at the last minute so it could be earlier than October.

Oh that sounds worth it Jo! Mick has a ton of annual leave, so is going to take time off to get it done.
