Iceberg lettuce cucumber and tomato
All diced nicely
With Iceland salmon in a lemon and pepper sauce 2minutes in microwave no effort and yummy

Still on the soup diet, Saundra.

Annual diabetic review at the start of next month, and I still have to lose two or three pounds and (crucially) keep them off before the weigh-in! :D

You will be as fit as a fiddle ossie and very fit by then only need to fit a marathon in and you will be sorted

Berlimey Ossie :shock: Thought you were only to do that diet for 10 days?

W were naughty tonight and had Cumberland sausages with egg and baked beans. Were supposed to have mash, but decided on funny cut chips :lol:

Hate salmon - well, all fish really :?

They were having grilled (bbq'ed) sardines in the bar last night - I had to go outside :lol: :lol:

And when they have sheeps heads................................................

Trouble is, Jan, like all good short, sharp diets, the first time you do it, it works well, the second time not quite so well, the third time …... :|

So I have to really stick at it.
