Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here 8-)

Hydro this afternoon, it's my last session. I'm hoping I don't have to wait ages for the review before I'm allowed to continue on a paid basis, fingers crossed.

Have a good day :D

Can you not just do that anyway Jen? Or see if your local gym has aquafit classes? Or given you know what exercises you need to do, go to the pool yourself and do them anyway?

Or (and apologies if I misunderstood) is it more a case of making sure the hydrotherapy has helped and not done damage?

Good hydro session today. Ria I'm having the review next week and have been advised she might well be able to refer me to another venue for regular sessions. Apparently they have a hydro pool and gym, will assess and come up with a good programme, even better I could access it as many times in a week as I want/need. There is a monthly fee of £27.50, but if I'm referred it's discounted to £22.50, much better value than £6 for once weekly 30min sessions. Talking to a couple of other patients today, the facilities are lovely, I've checked the website and they're happy for people to pop in for a look round.

We have the boys from Thursday through to Sunday this week, but will definitely go and have a look before next Friday's appointment, always best to be well informed.

Good evening all.

Another blinking hot day, but we've brought out our good old air conditioner in the lounge, which makes all the difference.
We've had it for many years, and wouldn't be without it now. We have another one in our bedroom, as we like a cool bedroom.

We've had a lazy time today, but we're planning a shopping expedition for tomorrow.

Hope you are all coping with this heat wave.
