Sounds lovely Osc :Hi: :Hi: :Hi: We'll try and remind you about the presents near the time ;)

Jo, tick bites would normally have a ring around them. Hope it's not though.

You're just the woman to tough it out Osc :)
Have a lovely time.
There was a tremendous storm here last night too; which I slept through.
It's really hot and humid here now.
Salad for tea. FiL has broken both his hearing aids again. I swear, I'm going to get an ejector seat fitted to the car and it won't have a parachute.
Have a good day all.

Gosh Jo, those "bullseye" rings mean definitely tick bites! He'll be ok though, getting the antibiotics so quickly. Bloody ticks are becoming a growing problem, and health hazard! Do you check Bill's coat? Xx

Yes Jan, I think it would be for the best. MrsC has solved the mysterious case of the dead hearing aids. Her dad has been taking them out on a night and putting them in a glass of water, like he does with his teeth. I'm not joking.

Ossie, Frank, we had the lightning too, but our worst disturbance was with Fraggle, pacing the room, limping! So we looked at his paw, which looked very sore :( We put the soft inflatable collar on him, which stopped him limping around but made him snore very loudly when he fell asleep!  He's been to the vet, and is on antibiotics.

Jan take it easy over there, in the heat. Your fires made the BBC news here!

Ally, have a great time with your sister :) xx

Crommers, we'll all chip in ;) xx

Osc your cruise sounds fabulous - as are the photos :D 8-) xx

Ria, the trains are a joke  xx

Jen, have a terrific time with the boys :) xx

Afternoon Saundra, and Aggers. Hope you're managing to stay cool ((((x))))

Not quite as hot here today - there's a slight breeze, and the humidity has gone after the storms last night.

Yeah Kaz, he's checked daily seeing as he's running around off his lead on his walks.

Joe's currently batch cooking for the next few days. He's trying to save money so is taking food to work and then he's making some for at home too seeing as he's often out before we eat. He's doing noodles and veg and making himself a sauce.
I must remember to thank Amanda when I see her as she's been a good influence on him, boiling the kettle for a Pot Noodle was as ambitious as he got before he met her

Poor Fraggle, how has he done it? :(

Crommers, oh dear...I did laugh at the ejector seat though

Jan, I'll make sure he keeps taking them. He seems to understand the importance of doing so though.
