Heating!!!

Postby Workingman » 02 Sep 2019, 18:15

Anyone given in yet and turned it on regularly?

The room thermostat has been at 18 - 18.5 ºC all day and I am sorely tempted.

I did say it would stay off till 1st October, but I feel that's a tad optimistic given the forecast. :o

don't need to light the fire yet - it's 31C outside

And about 25C inside

Need to order wood soon though. We'll be asking Jorge this year, rather than Heldar. Same price, same load, but with Jorge, we get all sizes - with Heldar, gurt   some vem too big for the fires

Oh goodness, no!! We try to hang on into October - I’ll put on socks and a sweater if it gets chilly.
