Good Morning Friday

Postby JanB » 06 Sep 2019, 07:31

Morning everyone

Lovely morning, quite warm and will be warmer later - although thankfully, not as hot as it has been. A cool 34C today

Another day of doing not a lot then ;) 8-)

Up late, as we had a lovely night sleep. The dogs were going bananas just before 6.00, think Molly might have been having a wander ;) but we were so tired, when they shut up ater a few minutes, we both went back to sleep.

Tuna salad for dinner, a lot of being in the pool, reading and that's about it for today.

Enjoy your day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning Jan, morning everyone and HAPPY FRIDAY!!!! :Hi: :Hi:

Glad you got a decent night sleep Jan, and admittedly if the dogs were only barking for a few minutes then that's fine - that's what dogs do. It's just when they're allowed to go on and on, esp at night, then it really is an issue.

It's decidedly autumnal here this morning, very nippy with lots of dew on the ground and on the car. We're down to single figures at night sometimes and I won't be surprised if my heating kicks in at some point. It's on all year round and kicks regardless of time of year once the inside temperature drops below 18. Turkish for lunch today - yum! and then off to friends for dinner; a friend from South Africa arrived this morning so a group of us are getting together for a natter and meal which will be lovely

Have a lovely day all x

Morning all :D

Nice and dry at the moment, definitely a few degrees cooler though.

We're up early, off to Blue Water this morning. It's the first week we'll actually have managed three sessions. Starting with ankle weights today, could be interesting.

Have a good day :D

A cool 34c Jan? Does not compute. Enjoy lunch and the meet up Ria. I hope the pool goes well Jen.
Cool here as in properly cool with a cold gusty wind.
MrsC has just had her dad on the phone, demanding and wittering. He's upset her this time though, she put the phone down on him.
Off to the butchers and then Sainsbury's for the weekend shop.
I was fancying a couple of days at the coast this week but it will have to warm up first.
Have a good day all.

Morning all, another pleasant autumn day here. I’m not going to the gym as my leg is not fully better but I will meet up with the others in the cafe afterwards. In the meantime, I’ll clean our bathroom which is finally finished :D :D Hopefully tomorrow we can go back to using it, the other one has no window and I miss the natural light. More cleaning up this afternoon probably, as all that is left is for the roof to be finished too, which will apparently happen tomorrow. Edward has gone to play golf.

It does when it's been 38C recently 8-)

Well done to Mrs C too - maybe she should do it more often.

Good afternoon all, the weather doesn't know what to do here. One minute it's bright sunshine, the next it's drizzly. There's quite a strong wind too and it's cool.

There's housework to do today and Joe's off to work later.

Well done to Mrs C!

Belated Happy Birthday to Scarlett!

Have a good day all xx
