Good Morning Sunday

Postby JanB » 15 Sep 2019, 07:28

Morning everyone

Sun is out, it's quite warm and slightly noisy, as the hunters are out ;)

Watering done and I'll go outside and carry on painting the sign. Had to give up yesterday, got too hot for the paint   Will have to give it a couple of coats, by the way the paint is going on

General pootling, swim, shower, change and off to Ourique this afternoon. Dinner plans have changed, as it will probably be too late to start the hot plates off when we get back, so we'll have favas.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it is a dreary day here, although not raining at the moment. I am not feeling great, very tired and I have a cold coming on but I have to get on with it, busy week ahead. Today Miss Osc and I are going to the charity lunch for which I won tickets, I am collecting her at 11.45. So that’ll be me gone for the day. Better sort out some washing, then get myself ready to go.

Morning all :D

Another bright and sunny day here 8-)

Hope you feel better as the day goes on Osc x

We caught the bus into town yesterday, meant no time constraints (parking fees etc) so we had a nice stroll down to the harbour and had coffee looking at all the boats. Still not able to walk far, but not needing the walking stick on the cobbles now, so a definite improvement. Not a lot planned for today, bedding's in the wash and that's about it. Roast pork with veggies for dinner, chocolate blancmange and orange jelly for pud.

Have a good day :D

Evening everyone :)

Had a busy one, as it was the annual Zumbathon for charity this afternoon! The theme this year was Hawaiian beach party - I will spare you the pics of me in my get-up! :Hi:  It was incredibly tiring, as we had an hour and a half of Zumba, alongside the charity raffles, so I am exhausted

Have a good evening, one and all :) xx

Saw your pics on FB chick - looked a lot of fun but I can imagine quite exhausting!! The charity did verrry well though!!! :D :D

We went to the caravan for the weekend - it's been fab!! Just us two, no interruptions. I got a head cold on Saturday though....GRRRR. Oh and we did take Charlie as Jen (our usual cat sitter) is on holiday in Croatia....I won't be taking him again though!! He disgraced himself in the car both ways....I know he is not a happy chappy in the car but never thought he would do that both times, second time was worse as he completely ignored his litter tray (which we had put in the back for him) and messed in the actual car!!
