Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 13 Oct 2019, 05:14

Good morning.

Another lovely day forecast. 8-)

Don and I are setting off around 10 to walk to dad's. :P :P

We think it'll take roughly 2 hours.

Dad's taking us out for lunch...and lots of cold drinks I should think.

We're then going to walk from dad's to Dealz (salad cream is desperately needed  ) then we'll get the train from the centre of Torremolinos to Plaza Mayor.....and jump in a taxi home!

Really looking forward to our little adventure.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Was very foggy earlier, but we're now left with it just in the valleys, very picturesque :D Not as warm today.

Sounds a lovely day Ally :Hi: Hug to your dad x

I'll finish off the vacuuming and mopping this morning. I'd really like to scrub the kitchen floor, but that will have to wait for another few days. Then doing the spuds for tonights bbq and also making favas for tomorrow. And making a broad bean and feta cheese salad for the bbq.

The critical period for fires has now ended, but bbq's are still not permitted in certain areas. Luckily, we're just outside the forest area, so we can have one, as long as we're careful.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning all, it's pouring down here.

John and Joe will be back from Wales at around lunchtime, what we do this afternoon depends on the weather. We're going to see Joker at the Odeon tonight though.

Have a good day all xx

That sounds like a lovely day with lovely weather Ally, Enjoy the bbq Jan, how are your knees now? Isn't the Joker meant to be a bit scary Jo? :o :o
Raining steadily here too. Cut a lot of overhanging conifers down yesterday but there is still lots to do; we've run out of room in the bins now as well. The bloke who owns them doesn't keep up to them. Honestly, they must be 12 feet tall. They are a blinking nuisance.
Dinner with son and his gf this afternoon, it's his birthday on Tuesday. 32. Blimey, how did that happen?
Have a good day all.

Morning all, it is raining steadily here too, although it is forecast to stop around lunchtime. We are supposed to be going dancing this afternoon, what I will wear depends on the weather. We will be home in time for the SCD results show, it is hard to see who might be sent home as they were all pretty good last night.

Alright if I don't kneel down Crommers, thank you. Still a lovely bruise on the left knee

And I had to kneel down to get the vacuum under the bed - Grumpy heard me over the noise of the vacuum and the music

Afternoon all :D

Rain first thing, but reasonably bright and dry right now.

It was a great show Osc, they all did well although some of the marking was erratic to say the least. We could be in for the usual early departure of someone we all feel should stay longer, it happens every year, will just have to wait and see.........

Undecided about going to see Joker Jo, apparently it's very violent, not sure if I could cope. Will be interested to hear what you think.

Nothing planned, did quite a lot round the house yesterday so having an easy day. Roast chicken with veggies for dinner, chocolate blancmange and orange jelly for pud.

Have a good day :D
