We've got the heating on for an hour, morning and evening, now Jan. In the morning it heats the bathrooms ( gotta love a heated towel rail ;) ) and it takes the chill off in the evenings 8-)

Same here. The overnight temps are getting down to 4 °C so the mornings need the heating on and then again once the sun goes down - draw the curtains and put the heating on for about an hour.

I would love to re-do our shower room and if I'm ever allowed, then a heated towel rail is top of my list :D

We couldn't fit one in the en-suite, space is a little tight.

But I've been over to the wood store a couple of times, just to open the door and smell that lovely wood    A mixture of oak, pine and something else we're not sure of. Probably fruit tree. And it's so dry 8-) The wood we got from Heldar last year was still green and enormous. Jorge cuts his up a lot smaller.

Jan, Mick took the radiator out of our en suite and replaced it with a small towel rail - because it's a very small space it heats up in there nicely. The rail in the main bathroom is twice the size

I don't trust non-stick with eggs, so always use oil or Frylite x

We don't have radiators Kaz 8-)

There is just about enough room for one, but I was told no, it was too difficult to get the wiring there

We have given in and lit our first fire of the winter 8-) Only because it was so cold and gloomy today. So much for 22C and sunshine

The week-end is looking good though 8-)
