Good morning Saturday

Postby Ally » 26 Oct 2019, 06:13

Good morning.

Gorgeously warm and sunny. 8-) 8-)

Off for a walk shortly with Don and on our return he'll be watching the rugby and I'll have a swim.

Picking dad up at noon and bringing him back for the day. Both boys stayed over last night so there should be plenty of laughs belatedly celebrating their birthday. :D

Out to Jose's tonight to watch the Malaga game and pick up a takeaway campero on the way home. :D

Have a great day.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning All and Jan, enjoy your sun.
The rain it raineth rainily here. Wall to wall grey. There has been a warning not to walk near the becks in Wakefield as they are very high.
We went to the coast on Wednesday, to Flamborough. Flamborough Head is a promontory that sticks out into the North Sea. There is a golf course there, the golfers in that part of the world must enjoy strong winds and torrential rain. When we were there there was a coach load of teenagers standing out getting wet through. They must have been from a young offenders institute, they were obviously being punished for something.
It wasn't raining inside the pub though.
MrsC to her dad's soon. Tonight I'm taking Lee and Ellie to a fancy dress party in Barnsley, we're having Eliza overnight.
Have a good day all.

Morning all, it is bright enough although not sunny, but not raining which is a relief after the constant rain yesterday. Edward is watching the rugby and I will just be pottering around. We are going to a Halloween dance tonight, some people will probably be in fancy dress but we won’t bother.

Morning all......almost

Dull and overcast here

The lovely sunshine didn't last long yesterday, luckily the rain held off until we got back from our hydro session. It was lovely to be back in the pool, hopefully normal service is resumed and I'll get my three sessions in next week.

Not much happening here, just the usual washing. Looking forward to Strictly, it's Halloween night, will be fun to see what the wardrobe peeps come up with this year.

Have a good day :D

We didn't go this time Saundra but we've been before, after having a ride on the land train from Brid! A couple of years since we also had a meal at the Ship. :)

Evening everyone :)

Crommers that did make me giggle!

Usual Saturday here, SW first thing - B lost another 3 1/2 and is half a pound away from losing 5st ( :Hi: ) and I lost another pound :) Absolutely torrential here all day, but we've done our usual brunch out and visiting D routine. There is a flood warning on, but we're too high up here, and so is D 8-)

Have a good evening, everyone xx

Kaz that's a remarkable weight loss for Becky! Well done her.

She can't have much more to lose? xxx
