Good morning Friday

Postby Ally » 01 Nov 2019, 06:36

Good morning.

Forecast 28 degrees. We're still sleeping with only a sheet over us and here's me desperate to get my duvet and new bed linen on.

A walk with Don and whilst I have a swim he'll be watching Wales in the third place play-off.

It's a national holiday here today so all shops etc closed. I'm planning to zonk on the sofa and catch up on some TV. :cute: :cute:

We'll wander up to Jose's early evening to watch the Malaga game and grab a campero and chips takeaway on the way home.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Grey but warm 8-) only 25C, so not as warm as you Ally.

Holiday here too and all is quiet :D

Met some people yesterday who have looked and are interested in our nice neighbours house. A rather weird couple from England and a lovely Portuguese lady. So looking good for a quick sale.

We're supposed to have rain today, but the forecasts said that yesterday too  so we'll see,

Will do stuff outside as and when we can, rather than being stuck inside.

Have a great day everyone, whatever you're doing cc

Morning both :)
You'd need your bed linen here Al - brrrr! :? Hoping for my friend Jaqui's sake that Wales get their bronze 8-)

Hope you get your rain Jan, and nice new neighbours :)

Housework here this afternoon, first I'm out with Becks for a walk and brunch when she gets home from the gym. Em might join us, she said she'd try to :) Pilates wasn't TOO tough last night, Steph eased us back in gently - lovely news, she is expecting again :D

Have a good day everyone :) xx

White rabbits!
I'm glad pilates wasn't too tough Kaz.
We are taking FiL to his eye appointment this morning at 11 o'clock. There has been an accident on the main road and traffic is very heavy so we are going to have to set off early.
It's raining here and very grey. Weekly shop at Sainsbury's this afternoon. There's always a mad rush on Friday mornings, the afternoon tends to be better.
Have a good day all.

Morning all :D

Wet and miserable here

Have things improved with your not so nice neighbours Jan? Hope the dog issue has been solved since the police intervention.

Hope you get to the opticians without too much hassle Crommers.

It's Blue Wave again for us, always earlier on a Friday so we have to set the alarm. E thinks there should be a law against early starts

Have a good day :D

Morning all, yesterday got away from me so I never got around to posting! We had the children from early, and I had a hairdresser appointment having forgotten that Michael and Kellie were on mid term break. However, it was fine, Edward brought them to the graveyard where he was tidying up family graves ahead of Sunday’s blessing of the graves. Michael and Kellie loved it and were both interested in seeing where their great and great-great grandparents are buried. Today is damp with rain forecast for later so Edward’s golf has been cancelled. I am going to the gym and then to the cafe with the other ladies. No big plan for the rest of the day, there is some ironing to be done so I will probably get it out of the way.

Been bliss, thank you Jen :D :D

The daft person leaves them in their pen, near us, until about 10.00 at night, then moves them for the night   And then back again in the morning

Good morning all (or it was morning when I started typing), it's a drizzly one after heavy rain overnight.

John's Mom left for Norwich earlier. I think I need to do a thread about her visit actually :? Joe stayed at Amanda's house near Stafford last night again to look after the cat (he sent me a photo, she's gorgeous) and he's just finished work and is starting his drive to Falmouth for the weekend. Tom's away with Shannon and John's at work waiting to find out if he's got to make an emergency visit to Sunderland today :?

Have a good day all!
