It's always tough getting back into exercise after a longish break. I won't be able to make the last Pilates class before Christmas, as we've D's sister's funeral this Thursday. We won't be back to class before the 9th of Jan!

Yes I am feeling a lot better, although still coughing occasionally but not like I was! xx Nasty virus, whatever it was, I think it's affected many in our village.
