It's chilly here too Saundra, and foggy now too. The air's horribly cold and damp. I'm sure we were forecast sunny spells today but there hasn't even been a hint of sunshine.

Jan, I'm glad Grumpy is ok :)

Good luck with the scan Osc ((x))

Frosty here too Jo, but brilliant sunshine, it's a beautiful wintery day here :)

Hope you win the fight Saundra ;) xx

Well remind me not to suggest that Mick might like to join me seeing his mum when he's on leave (ok I was after a lift, as it's freezing :P ) because we seem to have taken a detour to Euro Car Parts, and I'm currently sitting in the car on an industrial estate at Quedgely - apparently he ordered a new battery for Goldie! Flipping cold, I'll need a cuppa soon to warm up :cute:  Up to D's after that  Brrrrr!

Stay warm everyone :) xxx

I always seem to end up at Wickes.
I hate that place. I think it stems from hours and hours spent there looking for solutions to the many problems thrown at us when renovating our old house.

Did the houseworkery stuff, then headed outside. By 'eck, that was a cold north/easterly wind

When we had the glass delivered, Denny left Grumpy all the wood. So he's planning a bookcase or me and a table, for the outside bit, so was sorting that out :D

Did a load of weeding - chucked it over into our field, no need for a fire, it will compost down, or the sheep will eat it.

Decided on a beer down the bar, not been there for over a week

Blasted cold in the wind, but the sun was lovely. Caught up with the gossip, but also the Encalho annual cold is doing it's rounds. We tried to steer clear, but no doubt we'll end up with it

Need to see Mitchell tomorrow, he's not too good and looks like he'll need a pacemaker, then stopping at another friend, as they need Grumpy's help/advice about wood.

He's been fine today - got a bit fed up with me, to be honest, as I kept asking how he was.
