Afternoon all :D

Nice and dry here.

Jan I agree with Ria, try to take it easy.
Ria I've not heard of a weed burner, sounds a great idea, neither E or I can bend much these days.

Jo we have a Dyson v8 absolute and it's brilliant, it's E's favourite toy, I hardly ever get to use it  It's not specifically for animals though, but I think their latest model does everything.

Doing the weekly wash today, decided not to do too much, my ankle is playing up after all the walking yesterday.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Seem to remember you saying something about a weed wand Ria, but doubt very much I could find one here  But me and fire??

Unexpected drizzle stopped work, so the painting will be done tomorrow.

Jen, Doreen is quite restricted these days as to what she can and can't do in the garden, she uses hers to burn weeds that grow between the tiles on her drive. They are very useful!

Jan, does Amazon deliver to Portugal? Put "weed burner" in the search on there and there are loads of them 8-) I'm not sure where D's came from, as Jeff bought it for her.

Afternoon all, I had an appointment with the consultant this morning. All is well and back to normal according to blood and CT scan results. She had a theory about what happened me, and did not think it would happen again. So hopefully I can put all this behind me now. It was quite a nice day, very mild, but has clouded over now. We’ll go dancing tonight, an opportunity to try out one of the new pairs of dance shoes.

Yes Kaz, Amazon do them, I've looked.

But5, and it's a bit but, we're tinder dry here most of the year and naked flames are banned from May (sometimes earlier) until October at the earliest.

Glad all is well Osc, take it easy though xx

Jan, since my visit I have been using your salt and vinegar concoction in a spray bottle and it does the job. OK, it needs a few doses to start it off, but once it gets going it is fine.
