Good Morning Wednesday

Postby JanB » 05 Feb 2020, 07:11

Morning everyone

Gorgeous sky, some really lovely colours, so hopefully, we'll have another warm day 8-)

Our normal runaround this morning. Jewellers, bank, Alentejana, centro de saude, chemist and Pingo.

The car will be taken away for a while this week-end, service and sort out the clunk, so need to make sure we have enough of everything, although I know Jan would drive me into Ourique anytime I needed.

Back for more weeding, although for this one, I can sit down

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning all. It's sunny and quite mild here and the very strong wind we had yesterday has died down so that made this morning's walk more pleasant.

I'm waiting for the Tesco delivery which is due within the next hour. I'd also got a DPD delivery coming too and they always seem to come mid-late morning so I had to race back with Bill when I got a notification that it'd be with me between 8.20 and 9.20  It turned up just after half past. It was my new vacuum cleaner. I went with a Shark one in the end and first impressions are very positive. The Dyson obviously hadn't been doing it's job properly.

I've got some birthday presents to wrap for Tom, I shopped for those yesterday. We popped to Ikea last night too and got some new lamps for the upstairs living room.

Have a good day all!

Morning all :D

Nice and bright here.

We're off out to do the weekly shopping a day early, I have a GP appointment tomorrow afternoon and don't fancy having to rush round in the morning. The pool at Blue Wave reopens today, it's been closed since mid December. Ideally I'd have gone over for a session, but we're expecting the boys sometime on Friday so can't do the shopping that day either. They're staying over the weekend and it would be a catastrophe if I don't stock up with the usual goodies

Hope you all have a good day :D

Hello all - can't believe it's 1pm already. Day 2 of the computer roll out and it is so so painfully slow. We've got 5 users to swap over today and only done 1 so far :? :o Just hope the others go quicker

Hope you all have a lovely day today and back to normal tomorrow for me :D

Afternoon all, it’s a pleasant day here. I’ve been to the gym, am home and had my lunch. Before the gym I changed the bedding, and also went to the post office to get some money. Shortly we will head off for the supermarket shop, and I’ll collect a dress I had left in for alteration. Back to do some ironing and then relax for the evening.

Good afternoon. I've been for my annual hypertension review. Not bad, 150 over 80.
MrsC has done her dad's shopping, now she's off to babysit Eliza this afternoon. I hope they all appreciate her.
Now to cook a bolognese.
Have a good day all.

Good afternoon all.

Spent most of the morning rearranging the furniture and lighting in our living room. Looking forward to a rest now!.

Hope you are all O.K.
