Good morning.

Warm and sunny forecast again. 8-)

Since giving up my Mon/Wed classes these Thursdays are flying round even more quickly! :o

Usual 2 hours this morning and meeting my friend for brunch.

Work 4 - 7 then meeting Don for a beer and dinner at Gambrinus.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, and everyone :)

Have a good day Ally, the week seems to fly by here too! Shopping at Sainsbury's with D again, then Pilates tonight. Need to take it carefully as my leg still twinges, but the stretching will probably do it good :?

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning all, another bright crisp cold day here. I’m going to my stretching and flexibility class this morning then back to a usual Thursday with Michael and Kellie. I need to practice putting Kellie’s hair in a bun as her ballet show is in a couple of weeks. Then relaxing this evening, knitting and tv.

That sounds a lovely day Ally. Kaz, be careful with the leg. Sciatica is no fun. Stretching and flexibility sounds good Osc.
MrsC to the hairdresser shortly. Then arranging a power of attorney appointment with the bank, notifying the carers about the vascular dementia diagnosis and trying to get in touch with the decorator to give us a price on a couple of bedrooms.
Salmon for tea.
I wish we had Ally and Jan's sunshine. It is bright but distinctly chilly here.
Have a good day all.

Oh dear Kaz, that doesn't sound good! Take it easy with that xx I have had a sore thumb from the joint where it joins my hand to the knuckle and down my first finger for a while now...arthritis d'you think? Doesn't help when I have to write and I can't put any pressure on it to do anything....even using the loo is difficult!!! :? I don't know whether to bother the GP with it or just take painkillers.

Got a phone call late yesterday pm to say no aqua class today. I was SO upset!! :o Who'd have thought it could affect a person so much - course it meant no after-class coffee and natter either.....so I was lost this morning!! I pretended it was a Friday and did the stuff today that I'd usually do on a Friday, namely head into town and then get the grocery shopping in. I bought a new lamp from The Range, and then when I got home I made some soup (not done this in ages! It's sooo nice! 8-) ) and popped outside as it was lovely, to tidy up in the garden, pull out dead stuff and get it ready for spring. Great sense of achievement!

So I filled my empty Thursday up after all!! 8-)

Meeting Jan (my ex workmate) and Anne (current Optom, and friend) for coffee tomorrow - really looking forward to seeing Jan - last time we planned to meet in November, I couldn't go as I had a nasty chest infection so I missed seeing them all.....another pal, Karen, was meant to be joining us but she's cried off, as has Yvonne, so just the Three Musketeers as usual :D :D

Have a lovely evening all xx

Oh Jan, that's so annoying!! :cute:  xxx

Gal, that does sound like an arthritis type thing! D had had to stop knitting, halfway through her latest project, because of her very sore thumbs :( Glad you managed to fill your day after all xxx
