I never had a bike growing up, we lived on a hill and Dad felt I would never use it I did learn to cycle on other people’s bike but was never great. However we honeymooned in Jersey and we hired bikes for a few days while there, which was fun. Now the only bike I use is in the gym

Anyway....I is back.

Absolutely fabulous bike ride. Stunning views. It is really hot and when I took my cycling helmet off my hair was plastered to my head.

I got home to find Conor here so I'm going to grab a shower and we're going out for lunch in the plaza.
