Morning Ally, morning everyone

Lovely and sunny this morning, we're in for a really warm few days :Hi:

Back to the weeding this morning  the bank by the pool this time and the one the other side of the pool wall. Not sure how long my back will last, but I'll struggle on ;)

Grumpy has been nurse this morning, I had a festering splinter which blasted hurt, so that's now gone. I really should wear gloves, but prefer to do without and then suffer

Not sure what he's doing, he might even help me :o

Car back tonight :Hi:

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing x

Morning you two, morning everyone

It's Friday and it's burgers for lunch - happiness is me! :D :D :D

Jan, I'm same as you and really don't like working with gloves. Glad Grumpy managed to remove the splinter for you - they're rather uncomfortable aren't they. But do take it easy and listen to your back!
Ally, have a fabulous Friday, I just always love the sound of your Friday beer and tapas!

A colleague has arranged for his daughters passport to be collected to go to the US embassy - collection between 8am and 6pm - I hope it'll be before 4pm as I usually try leave early on a Friday; really don't feel like sitting her until 6pm!!! :? :o

Other than that a fairly usual / usual day. Off to Brighton tomorrow to meet up with a friend and Sunday will be a domestic day at home.

Have a lovely day everyone

x

:Hi: :Hi:

I've just been a hairdresser Jo ;) I'm rubbish at it, but Grumpy won't let anyone else cut his hair.

Morning all :D

Dull and dry, for the moment anyway.

Agree with Ria, take it easy and listen to your back Jan.

Enjoy Brighton tomorrow Ria, it's a lovely place to visit.

Popped into the surgery yesterday as I'd requested to collect my prescription direct from them only to find they'd sent it to Boots in town, so that's where I'll be going shortly. Apparently Boots received it on 18th, but I haven't had a text saying it's ready to collect so fingers crossed I don't have to run around getting it sorted!!

Hope you all have a good day :D

You didn't use your strimmer did you? ;)

Jan, you've just reminded me that Tom's asked for a haircut before he goes back to work on Monday.

Good morning all, it's grey and very windy here and there's a bit of (unforecasted) rain in the air.

I've walked Bill around the village and then hung a load of washing out to dry when I got back. There's another load in the machine now but it's just what we call the manky towels, the towels we use to clean and dry Bill off after a walk. At least they won't need ironing :D

Not sure what Tom's doing today but Joe finishes work at lunchtime today. It'll be strange (but nice) having him home this weekend, he's been away the last two.

We're off out tonight for a belated birthday meal for Tom, his birthday was two weeks ago but he was away that weekend and we'd suggested either the Monday or a Tuesday straight afterwards and then Shannon couldn't make it on any other night until tonight. Might do a private post actually.

Jen, that sounds like the runaround I've been having with my Mom's prescriptions. I hope it's there when you get there.

Have a good day all!
