Good morning Wednesday

Postby Ally » 04 Mar 2020, 06:55

Good morning.

I'm having a coffee on the terrace watching the sun coming up over the mountains. 8-)

A walk first then back to very happily chill out. :D :D

I've got Last Tango in Halifax to watch on iplayer and some glittery nail polish to apply. I'll have a swim late afternoon.

Have a great day everyone.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Biiig grey cloud over us this morning, but it's quite warm and we are expecting some sun 8-)

Trying to type this and brush Molly at the same time, she's rather vocal about her morning brush

Off to Castro Verde market this morning. Would like to get some tomato plants and will replace the onions that drowned :cute:  Will try and find the recommended optician there too.

Back for Pingo shopping, then home to do something or other.

Have a great day everyone, whatever you're doing x

Morning all :)

Ally, that sounds like heaven 8-)

Jan, poor Molly! Our dogs hate being brushed too  :cute:

Feeling ok this morning, no sore throat or anything. Bit tired but my normal routine will blow away the cobwebs 8-) Will update about Becks on the Health Board thread :)

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning all. Cold and frosty here again. In a while we are taking FiL to his eye appointment at the hospital. Enjoy the chilling Ally, the market trip Jan and the cobweb blowing Kaz. :)
We need a few bits online and from Aldi too.
Have a good day all.

Morning all, it’s a lovely day here - I’m pleased about that as William and Kate are due here this afternoon, apparently having a walk on our cliffs, and it would be great for them to see my beautiful Howth in good weather. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to ask them to pop in for a cuppa as Edward has an optician appointment this afternoon and we will do our supermarket shop after that. Gym this morning and bits and pieces to do before that.

Good morning all, it's quite bright here and the wind has dropped for the first time in weeks!

I took advantage of the dry weather we've had this week and took Bill for an off lead walk this morning. I found that by sticking to the old quarry and the common we only saw a few muddy patches, and as a bonus we saw Sharon who lives down the close with her three Springers on the quarry, Bill adores them so had fun playing with them while we chatted. By the time we got home we'd walked over 4 miles

There's a couple of loads of washing on the line and the Tesco delivery arrived at 10 so that's all been put away. We're going to the Odeon tonight to see Dark Waters so I think that I'll pop into the 24 hour Asda in Stafford when we leave and see if I can get the things that Tesco didn't have in stock, and there were quite a few. I'm assuming that people are panic buying, my Christmas orders had no out of stocks whatsoever yet this week there were nine items that I'd ordered that we're either substituted with a similar item or completely out of stock.

Have a good day all!

Just planted over 200 onions     to replace the one's that drowned. And some tomato plants.

Also bought the most gorgeous black pork tenderloin. It's smoked and dried - tried some before I bought it, gert lush :Hi: :Hi: And some lovely cheeses, so that's breakfast for the next few days sorted.

More sunshine than cloud, so the washing that didn't dry yesterday is back on the line.

Favas for dinner 8-)
