Morning Ally, morning everyone

Lovely, sunny morning, but a little chilly at the moment.

After my Portuguese breakfast of bread, cheese and lombinho de porco preto, I'll be sitting on my bottom on the drive pulling up more weeds  I really know how to live

Joquinha is coming up sometime today with our 100 litres of wine :Hi:

A good nights sleep for us all last night, as the stray tom didn't make an appearance :) But the spray and stick were ready

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Crikey, I don't know. You two! Sunshine, big bars of chocolate and 100 litres of wine. Talk about living the dream!
It's sunny but chilly here this morning after rain during the night. Spring is definitely on the way though.
Daughter, Eliza and dog are here this morning. Son in law was on nights last night and caught someone after a foot chase.
Chicken for dinner.
I'm not straying far. Yesterday I kept going dizzy yesterday and have headache today. There must be all sorts of germs going around.
Have a good day all.

Morning all, it's mostly cloudy here but dry at the moment. We had a lie in until almost 9.30 so still haven't had our showers. Today I want to organise what clothes we will be bringing to Budapest next Sunday, although it is kind of hard to focus when you feel it could be cancelled at any time. We are travelling with hand baggage so will be bringing the minimum, and just casual stuff. I need to check out the travel size toiletries too. Otherwise no plans for the day.

Crommers, that sounds like your sinuses - try inhaling steam with eucalyptus oil if you have it, and paracetamol is good for the headache.

Morning all.......almost :D

We had high winds last night, but it's nice and sunny now.

Good advice from Osc Crommers, hope you feel better soon x

It's my eldest daughter's birthday, she's 55 today, where did all the years go

Absolutely no plans for today apart from dinner later. We're having roast chicken followed by vanilla blancmange and lemon and lime jelly, yummy :D

Hope you all have a good day :D

Looking forward to it, Al ;) :Hi: the

Hope you feel better soon Crommers! xxx

Osc, I'm also feeling nervous about our May holiday being cancelled :( Hope yours will go ahead xxx

Saundra, tea tree oil is good, isn't it? :)

Happy birthday to M, Jen :) x

Afternoon everyone :)

We were up early, dropping B at work for 9.15, then into the Quays for brekkie in Corretto's 8-) Took our time there, reading the papers, then we popped round to D's to drop off the pack of loo rolls I picked up for her yesterday, from the very much depleted shelves in Sainsbury's  NOT stockpiling, she forgot to get some on Thursday and was worried they would be sold out by the time we go again this week - and by the looks of it she was right

Then we nipped to The Range to get some of those plastic dress covers - I needed one for my new wedding outfit. Since we got home I've been prepping a sausage casserole for dinner later, and watching Back In Time For The Corner Shop - really interesting 8-) Mick has a new portrait commission, so is up in his study, playing with paint :ugeek:

Enjoy what's left of the day, everyone :) xxx
