Good afternoon everybody,

Cloudy. Had some rain this morning.
Had someone come this morning togive an esimate for a new garage door. As well as measurements using a laser beam to give a reading he also took photos.
Will send the estimate in the post.

This afternoon we have been to take two bottles of wine to friends as it is their wedding anniversary. We are trying to self isolate as much as possible but we want to have some fun and laughter.

Vibes for Osc.

Good for your local Sainsbury Kaz, we found Tesco very quiet, not surprising really the hordes had been in earlier and virtually cleared the place. The store has had to suspend self service handsets as people were using them to get round the quantity restrictions. Understandable under the circumstances, but a real nuisance for us, means everything needs to be lifted multiple times which isn't ideal for either of us. The cashier told us they have had terrible verbal abuse and threats, sadly not from the young, mainly from older people!!! She said they appreciate it's because people are afraid, but it's not acceptable.

Our heavy stuff is due to arrive any time soon, having seen the empty shelves I'll be amazed if we get half the order.

That is tragic Saundra. So much unhappiness in the world right now.

Oh Saundra, that's awful. Many thoughts for Jonathan's partner Kerri.

Master O reports he has been to a supermarket in Balham, London this morning. He says he witnessed a couple of bumps in the car park with people going mad just trying to get parked. It was so fraught apparently the police were called …

World's going crazy.
