Good evening everybody.
This morning finished digging the clay soil out of the frong garden. The skip was nearly full. An hour after pohoning, they came and took the skip away.
After lunch we went to Tesco. They had eggs but we didn't buy any. Had to wait about 30 minutes before we got inside.
When we got home , ordered two big bags of soil. It is loam and organic compost. Itwill be delivered on Tuesday.

Then just been pottering.

Gal2, I am a member of East Lancs Railway. Have been on the footplate of the Flying Scotsman and driven a steam engine. It is not easy.
Like you when I was young used to go and watch trains as we had two lines near us. Could tell by the lamps on the front what type of train it was, e.g. goods, express, slow passenger train etc. Had a book with train types and numbers and used to mark it if we saw one.

I went to Aldi on the way to drop off my Mom and Dad’s shopping and they had eggs! Lots of eggs! :Hi:
They also had cornflakes and their version of Rice Krispies, something else I’ve been trying to get from Tesco and the Co-op for the last few weeks. We all like plain cereals and both of those have been unavailable for a time and it doesn’t leave much else to choose from.

My neighbour (she with the chickens I didn't even know she had ) has left me a note asking if I would like another dozen eggs and some of her avocados.

That'll be a yes then.
