Afternoon all :D

Another bright and sunny day 8-)

Glad to hear the baby is holding his own Osc, such a worrying time.

Very little going on here, got some washing on the go and plan to do some more paperwork sorting for the new shredder.

Hope you all have a good day, stay safe xx

hello and happy Friday all - had a busy morning sorting chickens, baking (bread and also basic oat biscuits - so so easy); and doing a few work things. We have a 4pm global company call (it's a weekly call just to catch up with everyone) and then a 4.30 call and then the weekend can start. Pootling about in the meantime. Have hanging baskets to plant up so will get that going and some veg plants that need potting on / and some seeds to be sown. Happiness is.....

Good news re the little one Osc; continued vibes being sent x

I managed to get an online order for food tomorrow. So far Nadine has been doing the shopping for us all so I haven't wanted to get anything but bare essentials because it's all busy enough as it is; but now with another three weeks of this lockdown I fancy a few nicer things so found a slot; yay!!! Then also placed an order with Wickes for some fencing bits so I can finally create a proper fence for the chickens and make it look nice vs a cobbled together with whatever there was lying around messy building site look  Everything due to arrive 15 May so a while yet but better that, than not at all.

Have a lovely rest of Friday everyone xxx

Good news about the baby Osc :D :D

Had to give up on the strimming. Did down one side, then all the front bits, started back up, ran out of petrol  Filled her up and off I went again, but the weeds in the middle and the side by the field were just too dense and thick stemmed, so that's Grumpy job  Did most of it, he can finish off next week.

Curry simmering, waiting for Jose Felipe and the eggs and then I'll just have a quiet afternoon. My back is a little achey

We've had some glorious sunshine and I risked putting some washing out, but will have to keep and eye on the clouds, thickening up as I type

Good afternoon all, it’s another beauty here.

I walked Billy this morning and came home wondering if the exercise novelty is wearing off - in just over an hour we didn’t see anyone else. Once home I had a shower, made some coffee and we sat and watched After Life. We’ve been waiting for the second series to appear on Netflix and it didn’t disappoint.

Tom’s got some online lectures and tuition today so he’s out in the garden with his laptop and John and Joe (he’s just got back from work) are off for a bike ride shortly. I think I’ll do some dead heading in the garden. I would’ve baked but I made flapjack yesterday and it’s already all gone so it’s probably not a good idea to bake too often or we’ll need the doors widening to get out when we’re given our freedom.

That’s good news Osc x

Enjoy the rest of the day all, take care xx
