Morning all :)

Happy Star Wars Day, Al ;) That made me LOL  xxx

The sun was out here, but it's clouded over again - fingers crossed for a fine day. I have washing to do, leading to the inevitable ironing :cute: Becky's in work today, but then has five days off, in on Sunday, then eleven days off. Using up leave this week, then keeping the leave she'd booked for us to go to Corfu. Zumba tonight.

Take care everyone :) xxx

Morning Ally, Kaz and everyone

Quite cloudy this morning, but the sun is slowly making an appearance.

I have a huge mound of ironing to do. Don't know why I'm bothering, as it's shorts and loose tops weather. But always good to have something nice to wear when I do go out.

Then weeding, once that's done. Will hit the flower beds this week. Also need to feed all the plants, so will have a lovely wander around the garden, admiring all our hard work :D

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning Ally and Kaz

Happy Star Wars day to you both and everyone else as well :D :D :D

Ally enjoy the relax by the pool - wish it was warm enough here as well.
Jan :D - got to love auto correct... assume you're feeding plants and not pants :D Enjoy the admiring - you are right to do so; you and grumpy have created such a perfect space. It's just always so tranquil and soul and mind cleansing when I come over; I love it.
Kaz, it's hazy here but meant to clear a bit in the course of the day. It's rather pleasant in the greenhouse temperature wise so I'll be potting up some more seedlings in there. I was at the allotment yesterday and had such a fabulous find.... one of the plot holders has given up his plot and passed on the message for the rest of us to help ourselves to anything we want before it is handed to the next person. Needs to be said that Bob grew THE most amazing Dahlia's but that most of the stuff on his plot otherwise was just a jumble of all sorts; nothing in order. People quickly helped themselves but there are two odd tall pipe things (I think he used them to force his rhubarb) that were filled with what looked like old crumbling plastic bags from compost bags, bin liners anything else really so no one had bothered with them. As I was wearing my gardening gloves anyway I though to have a rummage in the plastic and lo and behold one of the bags was filled - and I mean filled! - with plastic plant pots, absolute perfect size for potting on; so I'm now the incredibly proud owner of about 270 of them..... I'm in potting heaven!!!! :D :D :D Gave them all a good wash when I got home and rinsed them in bleach water so now ready for use today. So thank you Bob!

Towels in the washing machine at the moment and will then get a load of clothing going and on the line - perfect drying weather

Have a lovely day all

Morning all. Our weather isn't a patch on yours Ally. Very grey here atm. Enjoy the garden Jan and Zumba Kaz. Bob sounds a nice man Ria.
Late this afternoon I'll try for a Sainsbury's run and that's where the adrenalin ends!
Have a good day all.

Good morning everybody,

Up early and went to Tesco for our weekly shop. Got there before 8.00 a.m and ther were over 10 waiting for the store to open at 8.00.

When we came out after 8.30 a.m there was no one waiting to go in the store. Then went to the post office to post a letter and small parcel.
After unpacking and hada coffee, cleaned windows outside at the back. When the window cleaner comes he only does the ones at the front. We wont let him take his ladders through the garage and kitchen or over the roof of the extension.
Have also swept up rubbish off the flags at the back.
Now going to have lunch and then just pootling.
Have a good day everybody.
