I had 6 weeks of Radiotherapy in BRI ,there was a group of about 12 at various stages of treatment,
the first couple of weeks I couldn't understand why some were having a sleep in the afternoons, then I too started to do the same couldn't believe how tired it made me

Jo, that made me laugh, about Joe and PE  Leave your layers alone, just snip at your fringe as and when. That way it still has a shape, albeit a longer one. That's what my mate Em, the hairdresser says ;)

((((Osc)))) your body needs rest, take it easy xxxxx

Good evening everybody.

Have come to use the computer now the sun is no longer shining in the room. It is at the front of the house and gets the sun in the morning.
Went to chemist for pescription. First one in at 9.00 a.m. Then went to bank for some money and a new debit card. Hadn't noticed one of mine had expired. Then got some petrol before going home for lunch.
Took five bottles of wine back to Sainbury's whci we bought on Tuesday afternoon.Same name but different label. Did not like it. There was a big queue
in the car park. I went to the front and askerthe lady member of staff if i clould go staright in as I only wanted a refund.
My charm worked and I was back driving home less than five minutes later.
This afternoon have been in the garden trimming the edge of the lawn watched by mrs.e.
Now just relaxing. When I reversed the car onto the drive the Temop guage said it was 30 degrees. Like an oven inside. Could fry
eggs on the pavement!!

I was out for a walk, it's been so glorious, I wanted to do some exercise as I've not walked since Monday....it's a couple of miles down to the woods where the London/Edinburgh mainline passes through, so as I love the sound of trains on a track, I headed down there, and just sat on a patch of grass and waited. I got to see a few go by, so I came home happy. I'm not a trainspotter btw, just years ago, in my teens, I used to take my two little nephews down to watch them and I have happy memories from then....and the noise is just so soporific, I could nod off if I didn't get so excited to see them!!   Tom had a call out and was at work when I got home so just spent the afternoon chilling in the garden and reading.

Have a good rest of day xx

Aw :D That does sound nice, we have a railway line just behind our estate, the Birmingham to Bristol trains come through - in fact when I come back from Brum I can see my house from the train as it starts to slow on its approach to Glos station  Shame it won't stop :P
