Good morning all, it’s sunny and already warm here.

I’m just back from a walk with Bill, John came with us this morning. There’s a Tesco delivery due between 9 and 10 and I’ve got some ironing to do too. It was too warm yesterday afternoon so I’ll get that done early.

Joe’s back at work today, long story short but we had a conversation with our GP last week who decided that we only need to social distance and not shield and he was happy for a very bored Joe to return to work. He spoke to occupational health at work yesterday who were satisfied with that and then his boss called to say he’d taken him off furlough for him to return today. He’d got to have an induction first thing to make him aware of the new health and safety procedures that are in place.

Just taken the car down to the garage for 2 new front tyres and walked back. They are now fully staffed and back to pre-covid operations.

It's already pretty warm out there. We're a captive audience inside the house today and for the forseeable as our lady painter is in full swing!

Morning all, up and about early again as Edward is meeting Michael at 10am for football and golf. My appointment is at 1.10 today and Edward is coming too as it is my last one, he hasn’t been able to come into any of my appointments but he will wait outside in the car. We’ll have a little picnic afterwards and then we are going to Miss Osc’s to sit outside and eat the buns I made yesterday so she and her family can celebrate with us.

The painters did a great job yesterday, just a few bits to finish which will be done at some stage. I had a wonderful walk while Edward played golf, I think the amazing weather is due to cool down this week, we’ll really miss it.

I still haven't got round to sorting the wardrobes, but we did get the weeding done yesterday. Plan to sit out in the garden with my kindle again today, this lovely weather is too good to waste, that's my excuse anyway
