Jo....under phase 3 - which is the last step before "the new normality" - cafes and restaurants can open to 75% capacity. Bars can open fully (with safe distancing measures in place) and social gatherings of up to 20 people are allowed.....

....which means our Friday beers and tapas with the gang can resume. There's usually 20 of us.

Also, the central government are letting regional authorities take control of the deescalation process and decide how long this final period should last.
If the mayor deems it ok to enter phase 4 before the state of alarm officially ends on June 21 then he can.

I'll be more than happy to wait until that date though.

I've been supremely impressed with the Spanish government and its extremely strict lockdown rules meant fighting this virus as best as we could.

I'm still amazed at how the time in Lockdown Land zoomed by.

I'm also amazed at how quickly you accept things as the new normal at the moment.

Sanitizing hands on entering shops and the hairdressers and wearing a mask at the aforementioned places.
At first I thought, oh no, a mask. :? But its second nature now.

Sounds so amazing - just to have a little bit of normality again!!!

I don't see when we will get to that stage, and tbh I don't trust this govt to lead us safely through it anyway, so I'll be taking everything at a snails pace to my own guidelines.

Our government has brought forward some elements of our “roadmap” and shortened it from five phases to four. We enter phase 2 on Monday :Hi:

Just been down to he bar, hand sanitizer on the way in, mask to be worn, hand sanitizer and on the way out. Odette cleaned every table and chairs as soon as any-one left. Jose didn't :cute:

But our government and the opposition have been together on this, so well done to them. None of this, you said, I said, we want, you want stuff like in England.
