We've to be at his apartment for 3 and the table is booked for 3.15.
We found out last night Conor is going to be there too. :D :D

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Warm already but we are, apparently, going to be cooler than recently.

Lovely thunderstorm last night - went on for about an hour and we had rain :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

I have ironing this morning and I don't know what Grumpy will be going. A couple of swims later and the rest of the veg curry for dinner, with rice this time. I'll add potatoes and the rest of the courgette. It was marrow size

Enjoy lunch Ally x

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning you two, morning everyone

Ally, enjoy the lunch with the boys - how special :Hi: :Hi:
Jan, fab re the rain - always much needed where you are. As for the courgette that's marrow size - I have three of them here at home as well. Just as well my neighbours like them, as do I and so do the chickens so nothing gets wasted :D

I'm about to head into London for work and then meeting up with my ex colleague afterwards - social distance glass of wine in the park just outside the office. Can't wait to see here - it's been ages :D Sunday I'm meeting up with another friend I haven't seen in ages and then Wednesday another friend from Brighton is coming up my way - so a perfect week of catching up with special people not seen for far too long.

Have a lovely day all x

Oooh rain Jan. Lucky duck.

We've not had any since late March.....I think if it rained here I'd strip off and dance in it.

And don't worry.... we're not overlooked so no one would witness it.

Have a nice lunch with the boys Ally. Jan I suppose the rain is always welcome at this time of year and Ria, have a lovely catch up.
I've just dropped our daughter off at the train station, she is going into Leeds to have her hair done. MrsC is looking after Eliza.
Eliza's other grandparents were on the local news the other night. Look North were filming in Wakefield re the Covid business and they were eating out in a cafe. The camera zoomed in on V just as she was about to take a bite out of a sandwich! She was mortified when she saw herself on tv!
We've just lost the sun here and it isn't too warm
have a good day all. :)

Morning all :D

Lovely and sunny here 8-)

Very productive phone call from E's consultant. The Royal Ortho has been designated a green hospital, no new Covid admittances as they're very keen to restart elective surgery. The consultant is arranging for E to have all the necessary scans, tests, pre op prep etc in one day, he's being classed as urgent so the plan is to get that done in the next 2/3 weeks. They'll look at the results and then hope to get him in for his op 2/3 weeks after that. Overall the plan is for him to be admitted in the next 6/8 weeks, soooo fingers tightly crossed.

The weather is so lovely the garden beckons, intend to have a nice lazy day with my kindle.

Hope you all have a good day, stay safe xx

Good afternoon all, it’s a nice day here although I haven’t been out yet. I’ve made chocolate banana bread and am waiting for it to come out of the oven. We are going to Wicklow tomorrow and Miss Osc suggested a picnic so I thought it woukd be nice for a picnic. I’ll get out for a walk later. Edward went to play golf a little earlier than usual, so I presume he will be back earlier too. I might do some ironing later. Great news for E, Jen, hope it all goes ahead very soon.
