Good Morning Wednesday

Postby JanB » 05 Aug 2020, 06:32

Morning everyone

Warm and sunny morning, can only get hotter 8-) And a warm night, too.

Mini runaround in Ourique later, Pingo, chemist and then the library. I'm reduced to re-reading books again

Back to the pool, it will be hot to do anything else.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Back again. The Tesco delivery is the highlight of Bill’s week and this week’s driver has set the bar very high for all future drivers. Why?
He had a bag of dog treats in his cab.

Anyway, it’s all been put away and my Mom and Dad’s shopping is bagged up and in the utility room, ready to be taken later.

Tom’s at Shannon’s so I’ve got the house to myself until 4ish when Joe gets home.

I’ve just hung a load of washing out to dry and after lunch I think I’ll take Bill for a quick walk, although he led me on an extra long one this morning.

Have a good day all :)

Morning all :D

Lovely sunshine 8-)

Not sure what time M's arriving, they probably can't get into their apartment before this afternoon. Not sure if we'll see them today or tomorrow, not a problem, it's not as though we'll be going anywhere

E's about to set the umbrellas up, my kindle is charging, a lazy day in the garden beckons.

Hope you all have a good day, stay safe xx

Good afternoon all.
Just back from Tesco, Eliza is here.
That driver sounds a really nice person Jo!
Enjoy the garden Jen. The sun has just peeped out from behind the clouds for the first time today. Where's this African plume heatwwave that we were promised?
I think I may have messed up an amazon order; I hope not though, it's £50 worth.
Have a good day all.

Afternoon everyone :)

Just got back from D's, she has a bad stomach so I've been to the chemist for her. Nothing serious. My washing is nearly dry, so the ironing board beckons :cute:

Love to all :) xx

Good afternoon, now where did that day go! I changed the bedding this morning and got it in the washing machine - they are now out on the line where I intend to leave them overnight whether it rains or not, Met Éireann is saying no rain but who knows. We got delivery of more of our Debenhams stuff that we ordered last week, everything is good, just one more item to come. I walked up to Miss Osc’s office with her post, as her part timer was due in today. After lunch we went to Miss Osc’s house to feed their fish, then walked to the local hardware shop to get a few bits. On the way back I called into a local hairdresser to make an appointment for next week, scary going to a new hairdresser after 40 years  when we got home, we put in our supermarket order for tomorrow. Just waiting for our dinner to cook now.
