Good morning Friday

Postby Ally » 04 Sep 2020, 05:22

Good morning.

After yesterday's lovely 32 degrees thanks to a breeze :D today's forecast is 39 thanks to no breeze.

Scooting out for a quick run shortly and back for a swim.

Jacob's here for a couple of days and his twin is joining us this afternoon for the weekend. :Hi:

I haven't seen Conor for almost 6 weeks as I was away. Don saw the boys loads in my absence though. :D :D

Out tonight to Gambrinus . I love the terrace and outside space there. Oh...and the food!

Have a great day.

Hope E had a comfortable night Jen. xxx

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Lovely and warm already and will be hotter later 8-)

Housework for me this morning, early.

I bought a lump, a large lump   of presunto at the market and we're having some of that with a lovely bread, with cheese and tomatoes for breakfast. Grumpy will, no doubt, have a glass of wine to go with it  8-)

A lazy afternoon, but at least I have a lt of books to get through :Hi:

Enjoy your meal out and seeing the boys Ally x

Hope E and Jen had a good nights sleep xx

Have as good a day as you can veryone xx

Good morning, it’s sunny and breezy here.

I got up and moved some furniture out of the living, did a load of washing that’s now on the line, the second load is about to go in and I’ve just walked Bill. John’s soon starting painting the living room ceiling and once that’s had two coats we’ll start the walls.
I’ve got a hair cut appointment at lunchtime.
Shannon’s coming over tonight and staying overnight so I’ve just washed the bedding off the spare bed where she sleeps as it’s not been slept in for months!

Hope E is doing well today x

Have a good day all :D

Good morning everybody.

Some clouds but the sun is trying to come out.
Just taken one full skip away from next door and delivered anothet empty one. This will be the fifth skip they have had since the alterations were started
two months ago.
There will be an extension as well as alterations to the kitchen and bathroom. Walls ahve been knocked down, new foundations and other building work.
Have had noise starting at 8.00 a.m. most days. Sometimes oo loud to listen to the TV.

Iam just pootling. Waiting for someone to come to see if we can have another handrail fitted on the stairs. Had to make four phone calls to Council
Social Services before I was told someone would be coming today. No explanation why the first person I spoke to couldn't arrange the visit.
Have a good d ay everybody.

Morning all :)

Ally have a great weekend with the boys :D xxx

Jan that's quite a breakfast, yum! 8-) :) xxx

Good luck with the decorating Jo :D xxx

Neighbour noise is such a nuisance, Cruiser :( I hope they get finished soon, and that SS sort the handrail! My best to MrsC xxx

Hope E had a comfortable night xxx

It's sunny here, after a chilly start. Everything for the holiday is ready, and ironed, but I don't think I will pack until B takes the dogs out later, as Fraggle gets upset by suitcases :? I've done the housework too, I like to leave everything clean and tidy when we go away - although B is pretty good nowadays

Have a good day everyone :) xx

You do seem to do some washing Jo! Jealous of the Iberian warmth, as per usual. That's a man's breakfast Jan! Pets are funny like that aren't they Kaz? Whiskers used to send us to Coventry for a few days when we came back from a holiday!
We have Eliza today. Every time I start to sing she shouts "Noise!"
Just back from the Supermarket, got the chicken for the weekend and some foil trays; MrsC has been given a load of apples so it will be a lot of crumbles made to share.
Have a good day all.

Afternoon all :D

Bright and sunny here.

I've actually been up for hours, but the phone hasn't stopped, my sister from Oz, then Z and of course E's video called numerous times. Only just managed to have brekkie. All this while trying to shower, get the washing on etc. Oh and Sainsbury's are due this afternoon.

E's still at the RNOH, I'll do a proper update on health thread.

Hope you all have a good day, thanks for thinking of us xx
