Good evening all. It's been a busy day. Went to see my brother and his wife only to get sent on a 20 mile detour. The A19 is blocked at Eggborough - and has been since February/March time!
The underpinnings of the road were badly affected by the floods back then and it isn't safe. But they haven't even started to repair it yet.
It was lovely to see them though and have a catch up chat.
Tomorrow we are having Eliza. Not entirely chuffed about it. Daughter is off to a christening she doesn't really want to go to, she says. So don't go!
Earlier this week she went on a couple of days at a spa, ditto.
Her going on things she doesn't particularly want to go on is putting other people out and I'm not at all impressed.
Kids eh?
I hope you've enjoyed your days and I hope things go well for E at the Royal Free.
