Morning Ally, morning everyone

Dull and grey start to th day and don't think it will improve much either  Although it won't be too cold.

I have ironing to do and Grumpy will be making a window frame for the bathroom. At the moment, the window opens inwards   so he'll be putting the window that was in the other bedroom in it's place.

Plant pot watering and a bit of weeding later.

Hope E continues to make good progress and had a good night x

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning :D

It’s brightened up a bit after a dull and drizzly start.

Bill had his long walk and when we got back I went for a run. The second load of washing is in the machine (taking advantage of the forecast for a dry day before a few days of forecast rain) and the first load is on the line. Hoovering next!

Jan, I’m hoping to get some gardening done later. There’s still too much colour in the borders to remove the bedding plants though.

Al, I asked myself the same thing earlier - September flew by!

Have a good day all :)

Morning all, a lovely bright day here. Our grocery delivery arrived and is now all put away. I have a wash load just finishing but I think I’ll just put it on the drying rail, didn’t have it done early enough to benefit from being out on the line. I want to make a batch of soup, before collecting Kellie at 1.40. Usual afternoon with the children. Hope E has had a good night.

Afternoon all :D

Wet and miserable here.

Ed had visits from the heart and lung man and the ortho consultant this morning. The first chap says the shadow will need watching for the next couple of months, but he's happy the meds will disperse it. He'll be contacting our GP to arrange that locally. Paddy who operated on his knee is hoping to discharge him this weekend/early next week. He's stopped the antibiotics so I guess it depends on how that effects E over the next couple of days. He also said our GP will be getting a raft of things that need doing when he gets home. Keeping fingers tightly crossed.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning all. I'm glad E has had some better news Jen. It has been a long job for you both.
In a while we are going to drop off some necessaries for FiL at the care home.
I had a better night's sleep! :Hi:
Grey and dull here and cold too. Sergio's birthday next week, we've got him a nice bottle of wine and a card.
Have a good day all.

Afternoon everyone :)

Jen, that sounds much more positive :) I hope E is home soon xxx

I've been shopping at Sainsbury's, as per, but the excitement was that the cafe there has reopened, after six months ;) So D and I had a cuppa and a teacake afterwards 8-) Since getting home I've done the ironing and am having a breather.

Love to all xxx

They were going to open our Sainsbury's cafe this week Kaz, but they scrapped it because of the rise in cases in our area.
