I know two people who have had covid now. Both married and neither has passed the infection on to their nearest and dearest or anyone else, as far as they are aware. Strange.
Also our village has 60 cases now, up from 17 at the start of the month; I don't like the sound of that.

What is this preoccupation places have with Christmas - Ramadan, Diwali, Hanukah, New Year and weekends? The virus is not religious and nor does it follow the Gregorian calendar - it's a virus.

Because some of those are celebrated by people who have taken very little notice of anything said since the start of all this. And the prospect of seeing the police chased off by people celebrating Eid (for example0 isn't one the government wants people seeing.
