It's outrageous isn't it?
They get earlier and earlier every year.
They were going off last night, our cat was so scared he ran up the Christmas tree... ;) ;)

We had a couple of wet nights which put a stop to them but they were going off again last night. I walked Bill just after lunch the other day seeing as we can’t take him out at night until the fireworks stop and there were some being let off at 1pm.

Best laid plans and all that

We had planned on a bbq yesterday, but it got rather wet, so did a roast.

Decided on a beer before the bbq, pop down to the bar, quite early  thinking we'd be back early.

Wrong

It seemed as if the whole of our hamlet had turned up and beer, chat and gossip was flying around. And then Jose turned up, having been released from hospital after another op on his knees.

We're just doing the bbq now  having lit the fire inside and we're eating inside too

She does this Kaz, for every patient. Not only to do the jab, but to check everything else is okay. When I had my smear, I was with her for half an hour

And then, of course, everything we've touched, or might have touched, is cleaned.
