I remember going to western super mere from Cardiff by paddle steamer and the pier there is mega long
Loved the pier at skegness( ho dear Gal it's the pro text thingy) with all the amusement on it

Ahh makes sense - mind you when the tide's out, the whole of Saltburn pier is on dry sand! :D Our luck was in yesterday, tide was well in - made me feel like Rose on the Titanic :D :D
