Good Morning Monday

Postby JanB » 26 Oct 2020, 07:46

Morning everyone

Cool start and not getting very warm today. But the sun is out and the washing will be as soon as the machine has finished.

Might try and get some weeding done later. Some of the flower beds dry quicker than others.

Hope E is continuing his recovery :D

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning Jan and Cruiser.
Grey and raining here. In a while we are going to B&M.
We found out yesterday that MrsC's Uncle Jud remembered her in his will, which is nice. It isn't a load of money but he didn't have to leave us anything; it was a nice thought.
Plus this is an expensive time of year for us. Energy bills, house insurance, Christmas etc.
Have a nice day everyone.

Good morning, it’s sunny here at the moment. We seem to have a mixed forecast today.

I walked Bill and just got h9me before it poured down. The optimist in me has just put a load of washing in the machine though

There’s the usual Monday post-weekend cleaning time do and I need to look at paint colours. Oh joy.
John texted me earlier to say he’s booked next week off.....and why don’t we paint the spare room

Might go to Ikea tonight, there’s something we’ve been waiting to come into stock and they finally, currently, have four at Birmingham.

Crommers, that’s lovely and so thoughtful of Uncle Jud x

Have a good day all x

Morning all, it’s bright and breezy here, a bit chilly too. I’m feeling bleurgh though -headache, and tummy not 100%. However, I’ve been for a walk on the pier, so at least I’ve been out, and nothing planned for the rest of the day. There is bedding to be ironed but that can wait if necessary. It’s a bank holiday here, not that there is anywhere to go.

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here 8-)

Nice of Uncle Jud to remember Mrs.C in his will Crommers.
Hope you feel better soon Osc xx

I've been trying to get through to Boots since Friday morning, no one ever answers the phone, so annoying. E runs out of his anticoagulant this evening, he takes two a day ideally 12 hours apart so I really need them for first thing tomorrow morning. They were ordered last Tuesday so really should have been delivered by now. We're expecting Tesco this afternoon, if Boots haven't arrived by the time they've been I'll be forced to go into town. This will be the second time I've had to do that, makes a nonsense of paying for delivery!!

Hope you all have a good day xx

I will certainly consider moving in March Saundra, I'm paid up with Boots until then. In fairness to them I've just spoken to my surgery and the delay is with them, they didn't actually send the prescription through to Boots until Friday
