Morning Saundra.

We had lots of lovely very welcome rain yesterday and through the night. :cute: :cute:

Forecast dry and sunny and a wintery 19 degrees. We'll put the duvet on the bed today.

Very happily pootling till my two private classes later.

Meeting Don at 6.30 to nip to Mercadona then home to wait for our Chinese takeaway delivery at 8.

Have a great day.

Happy anniversary to you and M Kaz. xxxxx

Morning Saundra, Ally and everyone

A lovely, sunny morning, but chilly

Taking advantage of our only day this week not forecast for rain and t he washing is on the line, means I do the ironing tomorrow

General pootling today, I'll look for the blanket for the bed, think it's in the battery store.

Now it's a waiting game, Jan will let me know about the test results as soon as she hears. Had many offers of help, should we need it. Such a good community spirit.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, happy Friday

Kaz, happy 16th Anniversary for today :Hi: wishing you both many many more happy years together

Ally, yay for your rain!
Jan, you do have a good community over there and glad people have offered to help. How is Mitch doing; please wish him a speedy recovery from me.
Saundra, hope your gas check goes well x

A day off for me; I was going to spend most of the day at the allotment but am now picking up Thomas from college just after 2 so instead going to be pootling at home in the garden and greenhouse. Just as well really as it's really not very nice out there - very misty and the air is really nippy. I'll do the allotment tomorrow instead

Well yesterday Nadine and I went past the garden centre again in the hope there wouldn't be a queue, well how wrong were - admittedly it was shorter than over the weekend but still silly long; I think we'd have been queuing for about an hour to get in so needless to say we turned right round again and left. Instead went to the farm supply store for chicken food and grit, Sainsbury's for some food and Homebase for just a look (and came home with some baubles :D) and then just chilled at home.

Have a lovely day all x

Morning all, it’s a gorgeous morning here, sunny and cold. Edward ordered a new Dyson yesterday which could be delivered anytime between 7.30am and 7.00pm, so we were awake early just in case. Did get a parcel in the post just after 8am so just as well we were awake. Tonight is what is an Irish tradition, the Late Late Toy Show, being on every year for well over 40 years. We don’t always watch it or we flick in and out, but this year I reckon the entire country will settle down in front of their tv at 9.30, I know we will. Children are allowed to stay up late often falling asleep while watching, there are usually sweets and treats, Kellie is very excited! This being 2020, of course there is no studio audience but in a first, it is being live streamed all over the world, which will be quite emotional. We’ll get our dinner from the pub next door. This morning I’m going for a walk with friends, this will be the fifth time in six weeks that we have lovely sunshine.

Happy Anniversary Kaz and Mick xx

Happy anniversary Kaz and Mick. :)
A nice morning here. The Rington's tea man has just been in his van.
Not that much on today. Going for a paper is about it.
Just wondering about cancelling my BT / Sky Sport package. I only got it for the MotoGP motorbike racing and that's finished now. Leeds apart I'm not enjoying the football too much. All the hype and fuss around it puts me off.
Have a good day all.

Morning all :D

Dull, wet and miserable here.

Happy Anniversary Kaz & Mick, have a great day :D :D

Hope the gas man arrived on time Saundra, especially as you got up extra early.
Glad you've had offers of help Jan.
Z appeared on the Late Late Christmas Show twice many years ago Osc. She was very young, It was back in the Gay Byrne days.

E's CT is due tomorrow so we're going to have a little dummy run today. Not going far, just to the garage for petrol, but mainly to see if we can get him in/out of the car, he has difficulty bending his knee so it could be tricky. Not sure what we'll do if he can't, but better to find out today rather than have a panic at the last minute in the morning.

Other than all that excitement it's washing day, the first load is in the machine.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Afternoon all :)

Thanks very much for the anniversary wishes, I'm not sure what 16 years is but reckon my lovely Mick deserves a medal :D

Ally our winter duvet goes on tomorrow, it's proper chilly here now  :cute: xxx

Hope your gas man has been Saundra xxx

Jan have I missed something? I hope you're both ok (((x)))

Enjoy your day off Ria :D xxx

That sounds like a lovely evening Osc, have a great time :) xxx

Have a good one, Crommers :) xxx

I hope the test run went ok Jen xxx

Mick has taken the day off, for our anniversary, but there's not really anywhere to go, and we have thick fog, so not a walking day either! So we had lunch with D, and I'm making a gluten and dairy-free apple crumble for dinner - steak and salad first ;)

Love to all :) xxxx
