One of our favourites.

Butterfly chicken breast, marinaded in lemon juice, garlic and chili, couscous with chickpeas and steamed veg.

Lush :D

And a light dinner too :D :D

Two frozen Chinese meals from Iceland, (one beansprouts and one sweet 'n sour chicken), with added broccoli and rice. And soy sauce. Don't forget the soy sauce! :mrgreen:

One of four home made pizzas made this afternoon - three for the freezer.

Tonight's version was ham and mushroom with a sprinkle of garlic and chilli.

I know..... but when washed down with a decent BEER, or even a crap one, it becomes a banquet. :mrgreen:
