Why was she left waiting 30 mins? Was she early or were they running late?

They were late Shell :( The nurse who D sees regularly, who sees to the lung patients, came out bang on 4, just as D arrived for her 4pm appointment as D rang her. She said she'd just told the GP she'd arrived, and would be out in a minute......... :o :? :(

I had an appointment to see the nurse at 8. 40 a.m at the beginning of December. Parked the car just before 8.00 a.m.
When I went to recepetion was told I had to wait outside. Went to the toilet and back to the car. Temperature inside the car was showing 4 degrees.
So I went back inside to reception who again told me to stand outside.
I politely said I was not standing outside getting wet or sitting in a cold car where I could get hypothermapy.
So I just stood there while they finally decided to book me in and go and sit in the warm waiting area for the nurse to see me.
