We're watching that 3-parter "Black Narcissus". It's OK, but possibly a bit too brooding.

Otherwise I've been sticking to iPlayer, and completed watching Series 2 of "His Dark Materials" over Christmas. It really was excellent, with a absolutely superb performance by Ruth Wilson as the arch-villainess, Mrs. Coulter.
