Did some shopping and had lunch, then got dropped off at the hospital. Found my way to out-patients, got zapped and then had to work out how to check in. Got some help in the end
Saw a really lovely, rather young, doctor. He explained why I was there - my doctor had requested that I have a colonoscopy and he was wondering why. Also, because of being taken to Beja Hospital urgençia. He told me that I had two hernias
and they would need surgery. We chatted a bit more - I won't give you the details, you'll be eating 
It will be done in Portimao Hospital and I will hear within four to five months.
Off to Iceland to stock up on curry sauces and powders, back home and now having a beer.
