Dinner tonight, Thursday

I bought a huge pork loin yesterday and cut it up into two rather large joints and several steaks.

One joint in the freezer, another for Sunday.

Two pork steaks . one each - for tonight, with saute potatoes, leeks and broccoli in a cheese sauce. Will probably cook the steaks with garlic, we do like garlic
