Morning Ally, and everyone :)

I've never watched Breaking Bad, but have heard lots of people sing its praises - I really must give it a go :) 8-) Reading in the garden sounds wonderful, it's pouring here, and we might get snow tomorrow  :cute: xxx

I'm up early as we have our SW meeting at 9. Afterwards we were going to walk round the Docks like last Saturday, picking up a takeaway drink from Corretto's, but it really is tipping down so we'll play that by sarI reckon. We'll be round to D's a bit later - she's ok at the moment, just a bit fed up with being stuck in, understandably....

Stay warn, dry and safe everyone :) xx

Morning Ally, Kaz and everyone

Sun, cloud and we've had rain. Mild though.

Good luck Crommers x

Will do the floors this morning, whilst it's dry. I can open the windows :Hi: so it will dry quicker :)

Not doing a lot for the rest of the day, as showers are forecast, so will stay inside, I think.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning. Sorry I've been awol this week. We are running on fumes at work as we have staff off with covid so I'm currently working 7am to 7pm. It's all hands on deck - I'm up in the secretaries office on my own as all the secretaries are off either positive or isolating. We have GP's doing coding work and nurses running reception!

But I am off today and tomorrow as there is no vaccinating this weekend. I am off food shopping shortly and then home to do not very much.

Good morning all, it’s snowing again. Hopefully the heavy rain overnight will mean the roads are too wet for it to stick.

Not much happening today, Tom’s back this evening after being away at Shannon’s since Christmas. There wasn’t any talk of an indefinite lockdown when he went to stay, just moving through tiers. Not quite sure how it’ll work with him teaching from home and John working from home. I think it’ll be a bit like towels on sun beds except it’ll be them creeping around in the early hours to lay claim to the office by putting a laptop on the desk.

Hope all goes well today Crommers!

Have a good day all :)

Morning all, it is an absolutely sh*te day here, no other word for it. Strong winds, steady rain and the sea is pouring over the pier - such an awful day for Miss Osc’s moving day. They are doing the move themselves, SIL has borrowed a van and his brother is helping. All the furniture has to carried up steep steps to the road and you can’t park right outside as it is on a steep hill and at a sharp turn. Removal firms quoted silly money. She said she doesn’t need me today but has asked that we have Michael and Kellie for a few hours tomorrow as they clean the rented house before handing back the keys. Edward is feeling really good although still very sore. I *may* do some gentle ironing.......

Good morning all - just....

Good luck to Crommers!
Osc, poor Miss Osc and SIL; definitely not the best weather for moving. Hope all goes as well as can be for them today
Debih - that sounds horrendous for you at the moment; make sure you take time for yourself and look after yourself x
Saundra and Kaz, same weather here; I am getting quite fed up with this constant rain now :( Ally, your day sounds like something we can only dream of at the moment - sunshine and warmth; sigh - bliss!
Jo, would suspect Tom acutally may need the office more as he can shut the door for his lessons given he'll be on video the whole time ;-) Or does John have loads of video calls as well?

Well about to go give the chickens their veg and clean their coop; slow roast bbq beef in the slowcooker for pulled beef dinner - ended up not having half the ingredients needed so had to wing it; just hope it turns out OK :D

Come 2pm I need to head down to the gate to meet up with an elderly neighbour as she passes to walk her dog. I've somehow managed to become her IT support person. Her computer died so she's now invested in a chromebook that I'll be collecting for her tomorrow. She's also having issues with her mobile phone so I'm trying to sort that as well; not easy when I don't know the set up she has at home and she's not overly tech savvy so I'm not sure what buttons she is pressing when she shouldn't be :D.

That's about my day - will be doing some reading and just chilling with a glass of wine on the sofa this afternoon and enjoying doing not much because I'm really not in the mood

Have a lovely day all x

Ria, John has A LOT of video calls and video meetings. Yesterday, for instance, they were almost constant between 8.30 and 5.30 and he’s actually in a meeting as I type!
