Dinner tonight, Tuesday

Postby JanB » 09 Feb 2021, 18:04

Been a horrible, wet and windy day, so treating ourselves to roast pork :D Pork loin roast.

With roast taters, steamed cabbage, carrots and green beans. With lumpy gravy (probably)  Although I am using a different gravy than normal - I've been told I can't make lumps in this one.

I'll let you know ;)

Never have a pud Saundra. Might have a starter, if it's special meal. I'm doing asparagus in presunto for Sunday.

Fish is just something I really don't like the taste/smell/texture of. They all take the michael when the fish man arrives at the bar

The only shell fish I'll eat are clams, fresh or frozen, when I make chicken or pork and clams, But that's a Portuguese dish we both enjoy.
