Cruiser, you must get help. You can't carry on like this. I can understand you not wanting help, but you need some respite, you can't do everything.

Three hours of weeding results in 1) mud ingrained fingers and 2) backache 3) happy donkeys and finally 4) three broken nails   Haven't achieved a lot, but it all helps. Had to put sun cream on  Grumpy did most of the strimming and Molly watched  She normally runs away, so must be getting used to it.

Now having the first of several beers 8-)

Cruiser you really need to get some help. I understand your reluctance - my mum was the same when my dad was ill but when she did eventually get carers in she enjoyed having them there. She says it was nice to have someone to talk to abs to make her a drink every now and again. Contact either adult services or your GP.

Good afternoon all. I’m absolutely full of cold. I feel ok from my neck down!

I’ve been out on a long walk with Millie this morning and then done a few hours of my voluntary thing and now I’m home in front of the log burner. Mick is at my mums seeing if he can fix her boiler.

Oh Cruiser, please try to access some help, we're all concerned about you ((((x))))

Gal, I'll put some "before and after" pics on the Home board when it's finished, but we've gone for grey. Grey wall tiles, with a mosaic contrast panel on the back wall of the shower, grey floor tiles too. We considered doing it in creamy beige/brown colours, to make it the same as the main bathroom, but I saw this great vanity unit and sink, and that was grey gloss, so..... :D Good luck for your result! ((((x))))

Oooo I was also thinking of grey for ours....look forward to the pics!!

Thanks, I was so scared this morning (it wasn't an assisted one, sadly, but the people were sooooo nice and helpful, I actually felt a bit emotional) and Donna had tried to explain before we left how to do the test the best/correct way. It was all done within an hour, D organised it, as she had her dad's, and we were there and done within 45 minutes!

I’ll just echo what everyone else has said Cruiser and hope that you’ll ask for some help.
We’re all so very worried about you both.
