Good morning.

Forecast warm and sunny again. 8-)

Off for my walk shortly then back to get ready for a shopping expedition.

First is Dealz in Torremolinos. Salad cream is much needed.

Next is IKEA. I want some new pillows for our bedroom. Don wants a new red kitchen bin.

Aldi on the way home.

This is my first 'spree' since just before I went to dad's last July. :o

Have a good day.

I hope Mre E got on OK yesterday, Cruiser. xx

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Lovely, sunny morning 8-)

Enjoy the shopping Ally. We're doing similar tomorrow :D

Gentle pootling today. I'm being extra careful at the moment, so Grumpy is doing all the "heavy" stuff. He'll help me strip and re-make the bed this morning. Think I can manage to put the ashing out

Hope all went well yesterday Cruiser and you get the results back soon x

Have a good day everyone, whatever you'e doing xx

Morning you two, morning everyone

Ally, enjoy that shopping!
Jan, definitely take it easy - glad you're being extra sensible ;-)

LOL Ally - I read that as a typo for ashes vs washing :D :D :D

Cruiser, hope all went as well as can be yesterday - when do you expect to get results?
Crommers, thinking of you and the family ((hugs))

Well a very dull day here; rain promised for most of the day. Didn't think to check the forecast so put my bedding in the wash and was hoping to be able to dry it outside; alas - the tumble drier will be needed :D
Other than that; it's another usual/usual day of work and pootling. Had a really bad nights sleep so gave up at 2am and made myself a cuppa and sorted seeds for the greenhouse and allotment :? Well it was on the to-do list for today so figured I may as well make the most of not sleeping. But think it's going to be a long day today :D

Vibes for all that need them

Stay safe everyone x

Good morning everybody.

The Ct scan went well yesterday. Had a bit of a problem getting mrs.e in and out of the taxi. Had to have help to keep her upright from the house to the taxi which
was parked on the drive. Got her straight into the wheel chair at the hospital.
She is now in bed dozing.
Have been on the phone this morning and a nurse is coming out to assess what she needs. Supposed to have come last Thursday or Friday. She cannot now walk to the toilet.
So I want a commode a wheel chair and help with washing her.
I am now spoon feeding her meals as she is not eating solids.
Have a good day everybody.
Just going to make myself a coffee.

Morning all, and it’s a bright sunny day :D I have an appointment for a mammogram at 12.00, my first annual checkup and will see the consultant at the end of March. In honour of the occasion (and the opportunity to go outside the 5km limit) I am wearing a skirt and makeup for the first time since Christmas Day  The postman rang the doorbell before 8am, I have ordered some clothes from M&S for Michael and Kellie for Easter, there was a 3 for 2 offer and the first part arrived this morning. I remarked to him that one day, I will answer the door dressed rather than in my dressing gown ;) Right, off to tidy around before heading off at 11ish. You never know how long it will take, it could be 35 minutes, could be longer, and I’ll have to park in their multi storey before finding my way to the relevant department, I believe there is an in door and out door system there now.

Vibes to Cruiser and Mrs.e, I hope you get the help you need very soon. Thinking also of Crommer’s family.

Good morning all. Grey and dull here; it was raining heavily here earlier but has now stopped.
I hope you get the help you need soon Cruiser.
FiL has rallied. He has some sort of infection that he is fighting and his breathing is bad but he is still here. We had been told that he could go at any time but now they say that if he has a strong constitution then he could last for weeks yet or even longer. Which puts his daughters in a bit of a dilemma; they can't be sitting by the bedside all day watching their father suffer, and then lying awake most of the night waiting for a phone call. It is very emotionally wearing for them atm; anyhow, we'll see what today brings.
Apart from that I have been deputed to cook the chicken that we should have had yesterday.
Have a good day all.

Cruiser, I'm so glad you have a nurse coming out and that you'll be getting some help. Fingers crossed the CT scan gives some much needed answers.
And Crommers, that really isn't an easy situation :(

Sending tons of vibes to you both and a ((hug)) because sometimes we can all just do with a hug
